The Video I Nearly Didn't Post
Six weeks in and I said something on camera I hadn't planned to say. Something personal. Uncomfortable. I sat with my finger over the delete button for about four minutes.
Hit post anyway. The response told me it was the right call. Some of the best things I've shared have been the ones I almost didn't share.
Also answered the cardio versus weights question properly this week — no fence-sitting. And there was a treadmill situation at the gym. It worked out better than expected.
This Week's Challenge
One thing. That's it. Don't overthink it — just try this for the next seven days.
This week, write down one sentence: why you started. Not for anyone else. Just on your phone, in a note, for you.
Vulnerability Is the Fastest Way to Connect
I've been told my whole life that showing weakness is a liability. Six weeks of posting honestly has completely changed my view on that.
The videos that get the most replies aren't the training videos. They're the honest ones. The ones where I admit something difficult. People respond to real — not polished.
I Want to Hear From You
What's one thing you've never said out loud about your fitness journey — but wish you could?
Just hit Reply. Your email comes directly to me. I read every reply myself, even if I can't always respond personally.
Six Videos This Week
Questions answered, visualisation explained, and the video I nearly deleted. They're all worth your time.
The honest moment you're hesitating over?
That's usually the one worth sharing.
See you next Sunday!
