ISSUE #10 · WEEK 10 · JUNE 2026 · THE LOSE TO WIN WEEKLY

Cardio vs Weights. Let's Settle This.

Plus: why I don't post workout routines, and a thank you that's long overdue.

👋Peter's Week

The Gym Got an Upgrade

I added another piece of equipment this week. Not because the last one wasn't working — but because this journey is evolving and so is the space around it.

I want to be clear about something though. The equipment is never the point. I've seen people with home gyms that would make professionals jealous — and they never use them. And I've seen people get into incredible shape with a pair of shoes and a footpath.

Tools matter less than the habit of showing up. Always.

💡One Better Choice

This Week's Challenge

One thing. That's it. Don't overthink it — just try this for the next seven days.

This week — do your workout with whatever you have access to right now. No excuses about needing better gear. Just use what's there.

🧠What I Learned

Why I Don't Post Workout Routines

People ask me for workout plans all the time. I understand why — they want a clear path. But I've never posted a routine, and I won't be starting.

Because the moment I hand you a program, I've made you dependent on me doing the thinking. That's not the point of this. The point is that you start trusting yourself to figure out what works for your life. A routine from someone else's life rarely does that.
